XP Home and Email

Sorry, had to submit again. User_Deleted cannot award points. What’s up with the User_Deleted thing anyway?

XP Home and E-mail
I am having a problem with XP User Accounts and accessing e-mail, and I cannot for the life of me figure out the solution. I do not feel too stupid, however, because I know of two other people who are having the same problem.

Scenario:
Two seperate user accounts in XP Home Edition (User A and User B). This is nice because each user can have their own desktop settings, office 2000 settings, and frequently-used programs. Have only a single ISP, email address, contacts, etc., that need to be shared by both users via Outlook Express 6.

Problem:
Cannot configure OE6 under each user account to share the same information store. When OE6 is set up under User A with POP3, SMTP, and dial-up number, the configuration is not present under User B. I can set up User B with the same configuration. However, each user will only be able to see the email that they downloaded from the ISP. Additionally, if a contact is added by User A, User B will not be able to see that contact.

How the heck to I set up OE to look at the same information store for both users?

Micro$oft will only provide paid support(greedy bastards), even though XP is their operating system. They claim that because it is an OEM install, I must go to the OEM. Dell (the OEM) says to use OE6 Identities, but that is not the answer. Identities allow different OE users under the same XP account. I want the same OE user under different XP accounts.

I thank you in advance for any help you can give.
