XP Home – ctrl , Alt and Delete

I have a number of copies of XP Home Installations that I would to be able to get a XP Pro/ NT Security window and lock work Station Option
Anyone know any utility that would do this or option in XP that would turn this on.
Using Screensaver password lock is not a option
