XP installation message:

Hi,

Since being informed my XP wasn’t genuine MS XP, I bought a used one with serial number intact. When I try to install the bona fide one I get the above message. I want to install the second one without damaging the files on my first one. Can I do it? how?

(Machine is a Sony Vaoi Pentium III 40GB)
