XP naming..

Hi there,

We are looking at jumping to XP this coming year, I have heard a lot of bad things about improper naming of net bios can result in major problems. Are there any guide lines to document what should be done to avert this? Also do these rules apply to Windows 2000 also? We are currently still at Win 98 / 95.
