XP on 2 drives

By mollyaroura ·
Somehow i installed (upgrade} Windows XP on C and D drives. Can i uninstall one or the other or just leave it as is? The upgrade on C drive has issues with a password, and the solution to correct i can do but it's time consuming for me.I'm not 100% but i think D is NTFS. Thanks

One Windows XP

by Toivo Talikka In reply to XP on 2 drives

Only one instance of Windows XP can be active in the system. At some stage you must have moved the disk drives around and/or selected not to install Windows to a different directory.

When you say the upgrade on C drive has issues with password, what do you mean? You may have to bite the bullet and sort it out first, or save your data, format the disks and start from a clean installation.
