Outlook Express has started a new game. Occasionally it will open a message 10-15 times with a single click. What’s worse is that it won’t allow all of them to be closed. In fact, it then prevents the computer from rebooting. The only way to regain control is to pull the plug! Any ideas on what might be causing this and how to correct the situation?
