XP-Outlook

Using Windows XP w/Office XP. Using Word as the email editor, causes the system to hang. Searching Microsoft’s KB asks if an older Office package has been installed later, the answer is no. But I did verify that the “envelope.dll” was ver. 10.0.2616 or newer.

Pretty much using the system as it came out of the box.
