XP Pop-Up Warnings

In Windows XP I keep getting a “Low Disk Space” Information Bubble for a partition of my HDD that I have intentionally filled up. Touble is I can’t stop it, every 5 minutes up it pops, it’s driving me MAD !
Help, please help……
