    XP Printing Problems

    Have an XP workstation (fully service packed) that will print every page of a doc on the same physical page.

    Have checked all Printer settings and updated the drivers for XP.

    Any suggestions?

      this sounds like hardware (bad printer) to me. have you tried another printer?

      Try loading a different driver for the printer or try a different model printer.

      Try using the LaserJet 4 drivers. Most HP printers will work well with the HP4 drivers.

      It sounds like you have a printing application which is forcing the printer to print on one page. Try checking apps in control panel, or programs. There should be some settings to bring up the app window when printing, or remove the app.
