I’m trying to figure out if what I heard is isolated or widespread.
The doctors in the office use Toshiba laptops with Dragon dictation and I want to max out the A7s to 4gigs.
A co-worker said his home desktop machine got the BOD when he installed 4 gigs on his 32bit OS. He says that when/if the computer uses ALL of the physical memory, it will crash.
I call BS on this since it’s not even recognizing the full amount and there’s nothing (I think) that can or should cause his BOD that’s memory related unless it’s bad memory or not compatible, IE timing, speed, ECC, etc…
