I lost the article where I had found this from tech.rep. and I hope someone will either be able to tell me how or direct me to the article where I had originally found this: There’s a slew of commands that can be entered in a cmd window, one of which allows the user to reprogram certain keys (example: switching the CTRL key with the Capslock key.
