XP Pro Configuration

I?m the technology coordinator at an elementary/middle school. I just upgraded our computer lab to support Windows XP Professional. My question is this: How can I make Windows XP use the default setting for all users, except the administrator?

Each middle school student has their own login name and password and I want each student have the same exact settings. I also want to disable users from removing and/or installing programs. I?m getting sick of removing AOL Instant messenger.
