XP PRO needs Lan Repair after power down
Please Help, I do not know a lot about LANS. I am running Windows XP Pro at home with a Netgear MR814 router, connected to a 3Com DSL modem.
Every time I power down my PC, I need to REPAIR the LAN connection to be able to access the Internet. My Laptop using the wireless connection is able to access the net OK; it appears to be a communication / config issue between the PC and Router.
Any ideas would be greatfully accepted. Thanks.
