XP Pro prints at reboot

At restart PC prints random characters 1 line per page until printer is powered off. This printer doesn’t show as installed, I installed it and it installed as (copy 2)printed, then uninstalled. I’ve just started with support role here so I don’t have alot of history. There is a different printer installed on PC and it prints w/o issue.
