XP Pro screen resolution

I am working on an XP Pro os with a GeForce 7300 SE/7200 GS adapter.
I can’t adjust the screen resolution, the only valid modes given now are 640×480 and 800×600.
The screen has been working fine.

I could surely use some pointers as to how I can get a solution.
