i recently installed google desktop sidebar
when i click start>shutdown i get an hourglass, nothing happens. I do not get the option to shutdown, log off, or restart. I can run taskmanager and end task on explorer and rerun explorer.exe to get back to normal. Then if i run the shutdown -s -f t 00 cmd i can shutdown.
is there a way to fix the “shutdown switch” on the start menu?
i ran little registry cleaner and ccleaner. I really dont want to do an os repair.
