XP Pro Unable to Network

I have a 3 system network in a workgroup. I can see all systems in My Network Places. but cannot access them msg: you might not have permission to use this network resource Logon failure the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.

Suggestions please!

try sharing a folder of all the PCs and see whether you can access the PCs.

Please make sure the filr and printer sharing option is installed on your network connection, check the domain / workgroup setting

File and printer sharing,windows firewall

File and printer sharing MUST be turned on for this to work. TCP/IP may need host files to find other computers. Use the "Setup a small home or office network" wizard and make a network setup disk.
