XP Professional – Stand by and hibernation don’t exists

I bought new lap top. Siemenes Amilo Pro 3505

Xp Pro SP2 don’t have Stand by or hibernation options. It really gives me trouble.

There are no Power tab in bios. I tried to flash bios but nothing changed.
