XP - Security Center

By bayukpjs ·
Currently deploying WinXP SP2 on older XP machines prior to moving network to WSUS. Install goes OK but I do not want users to see the Security Center Window after reboot. I have all the security controls made through a registry entry occurring after the install and just before the reboot. Is there a way to disable the Security Center Window from coming up after the install/reboot. I've looked through the registry for the 'runonce' entry that makes it happen, but have had no luck. Any ideas?

The only way I know of is to configure this setting as part of Group Policy, but the machine has to be part of a domain for this to work right. Is this computer joined to a domain?

Not part of a domain, but on a Novell network with ZENWorks. Maybe a group policy in ZEN will work. Will have to see if ZEN has that ability. Thanks
