XP-Some Users cant access installed apps

Using XPpro, i as the ‘administrator’ installed a few programs to be used by all 5 users.
How does one access these programs when logged on as a ‘limited’ user, or just another user in this case??
..and have these programs availiable to other users on there start menu etc..??

please help…its driving me nuts
