How do you solve the rebooting problems that XP3 causes on AMD Compaq Desktop? I had upgraded once before to SP-3 and the perpetual rebooting started. I did a system restore prior to the upgrade which solve the problem. Howver, I haven’t a need to upgraded to SP-3; until my PC after log in shows a missing “uncdms.dll file” and I was told in order to fix this I needed to upgrade with XP-3. With all the problems I’ve read about SP-3 and the rebooting issues was that problem ever solve?
