XP start menu

As a follow up to my previous question……

My situation lies with microsoft KB article Q312369. And I had an OEM install of XP Home then I upgraded it to XP Professional.

Does anyone know of any programs out there that automatically repair or populate the start menu?
or even bring an older version of it back (other than System Restore feature of XP)
