XP startup problems

My XP is stuffed. I get an error message when I start up XP.
it is:
Stop: C0000221 (Bad image checksum)
The image OLE32.DLL is possibly corrupt. The header checksum does not match the computed checksum.

So you see, it won’t start. PLEASE HELP!!!
