I have to sign in to my mailbox everytime I use it, even though I have the 2-week notification box checked; a lost of my regular emails go to spam and vice-versa (much more often than before), every once in a while, a tagline that looks like a virus (but isn’t) appears at the bottom of every email I send, my emails aren’t always sent and I don’t receive all my emails — in short, Yahoo! Mail has become virtually dysfunctional.
As for the homepage: I have a great popup bocker, but I get so many popups on the homepage I can’t access the links. Sometimes it’s the same popup over and over. Homepage settings I make aren’t kept from one session to the next.
Yahoo! customer support (such as it is) says “they’re working on it”. From their own Forums site, I find that 10% of Yahoo! users are being affected (how did I get to be so lucky). From other places, I learn that it’s because of the MSN/Yahoo! search merger, combined with Yahoo! recently renovating their homepage (into a disaster).
Any comments? Is anybody else affected?
