Hi. I know this is probably not the right forum for this question, but I’m going to ask it because people keep asking me and I can’t figure it out. It happened to me as well. Messenger wasn’t working right, so i removed it via add/remove programs and tried to reinstall it. I’ve actually tried this several times, and keep getting the same error message: missing required .dll file – ygxa.dll. When I close that little window, I get: could not execute external program c:\progra~1\yahoo\messen~1\ypager.exe. So far, the only answers I’ve gotten from yahoo sound like mechanical ones, and keep telling me to remove messenger and reinstall, which I have tried repeatedly. any ideas? thanks!
