“Your Profile was not successfully loade

I was giving user rights to my c: drive and F: Drive. I don’t know After some time screen become white screen. Even I can’t logon using administrator. It gives error “Your Profile was not successfully loaded. But you have been logged on with the default system profile. Please correct the problem and logoff”. I tried to logon domain administrator also. But I could not logon. This is our producation server. Please help me to solve this problem.
