I have connected my Android phone to Roku TV through Google, and am able to cast from my Android phone YouTube to Roky TV, but I can’t cast YouTube anymore from Windows PC to Roku TV.
In the past, I had successfully used Plex app to connect my Windows on PC to Roku TV. The Plex app definitely continues to be installed properly on my PC; yet for a mysterious reason, as I said above, I can’t cast YouTube anymore from Windows PC to Roku TV.
I could not at all figure out how to connect my Windows on PC to Roku TV through my Google account as an alternative to Plex.

As a related question, I imagine that it is possible that if the YouTube casting from my Android to my Roku TV is ON, I cannot cast YouTube from my Windows PC. If so, I do not find any facility for disconnecting (and later connecting back) the casting of YouTube from my Android to my Roku TV!
