youtube videos

By wals1 ·
I am an educator that has run into a problem accessing youtube videos
because our IU center does not allow any youtube video in our IU area.
Our school must do whatever is on the main server so I don't believe
that the filter can be set so as to give our school access without anyone
else having it. I can access only the print content and not the video.
However I can access the sites at home and see the videos. Is there any
way to burn them onto a disk so that I can show them at school ? There
are some really great science demonstrations that I could never do at
my school and feel that these types of videos are great in content and in
length. any help out there ? Cyndi

There is such a tool

I know at least two tools that can help you download videos from YouTube, but out these two I recommend Video Piggy. You can download a free trial at:

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Other-VIDEO-Tools/Video-Piggy.shtml

Please note that trial version only downloads a portion of the video.
