I have a problem with remote controlling certain workstations. It tells me that another user is controlling the workstation which means I am unable to do so. My question is: is there anyway to check who is remote controlling that w/station? I am pretty sure that no one was because it was 3 in the morning when I tried!! So, there must have been a problem, is there a way of getting the remote control agent to timeout and refresh itself so that another user can control it??
