This image shows the PSTCompactor deployment wizard. From here, you choose the computers on which to install PSTCompactor. You can install just the scan engine or the full program.
These are the options you have for each server the PSTCompactor engine is installed on.
From here, you can configure what PSTCompactor will do when you run the engine. You can have multiple configuration files running on different schedules.
From this screen, you can configure the paths to scan for PST files. You can use UNC paths to scan remote boxes. You can also place exclusions on directories, files, or by keyword.
This is where you configure your mail alerts for specific servers.
This screenshot shows the processing monitor. From here, you can watch the activity when PSTCompactor is processing a configuration file.
You can adjust when PSTCompactor will run your configuration files.
After PSTCompactor runs, it presents you with a report showing how much space your PST files are currently using versus how much the files were taking prior to the process running.
