MobiDB Database Designer Lite

Although you do “publish” the individual licensesrnon the WordPress site, only the Admin user can see/manage them. There’s even a Generate License button that will automatically createrna license number for you to use if you’re a developer. The plug-in is free tornuse and requires WordPress 3.8 or higher.

If you’re dealing with a vast collection of licenses and yournwant something more powerful than a simple spreadsheet, you can turn to thernLibreOffice database tool, Base. LibreOffice is a full-blown office suite thatrnis free and cross-platform.
