This paper is an extension of a study conducted by Frazee and Khan on ERP implementation for corporate growth and sustainability. It explores how a growing high-tech manufacturing company has used the data and functionality of its new ERP system to develop and create reports, charts and graphs to improve its business functions for reaching its short term and long range goals of customer satisfaction, growth, profitability and sustainability. Problems and issues are identified and discussed as the Pre-Visual ERP and Post-Visual ERP performances are assessed.
