2 Cisco ASA 5505, setup for fault tolerance.

I have 4 windows 2003 servers with 2 Ethernet ports each. The servers are going to be placed in a co-location data centre. My question is if the data centre is providing 2 Ethernet cables.

What would be the best way to configure these servers so that there is fault tolerance should one of the Data centre cables become dead? The 2 Cisco ASA 5505s don?t have security+ and they each have 8 Ethernet ports.

What I was thinking of doing was either
1. Plug WAN data centre cables into both ASA devices, then use Ethernet link aggregation in windows to allow connection on both cards and plug each card into different ASA5505s and purchase the security+ to allow failover between the two asa devices.
Or alternatively
2. I thought I could use DNS failover to failover between the two datacenter cables and hence routing the traffic through a different ASA device and on server LAN port.

What your thoughts; any input would be great appreciated.
