2 Nic's, 1 Internet Connection

By TheDeanner ·
Basically what I have set up here is a Desktop and a Laptop, Now I have my laptop and Desktop wired to my router. I got remote desktop working and what not im able to connect my laptop to my Desktop that im using for a file server. However, I have a wireless Nic that is to connect to my other router. Is it possible to configure it to have both NIC's connected and maintaining a Internet Connection?

Not a hardware issue.

If they are both connected to the router, they should both have internet connectivity.

If you want to connect the two computers, use the Network Setup Wizard, it will be the easiest method. Start on the Desktop, as it is your "primary" computer.

Remote Desktop does not matter in this instance. It is for other uses entirely, not regular networking.
