2003 Standard server as a Memeber server for win 2000 domain

Hi Every One,
I Just wanted to add a new win 2003 standard R2 Server in Windows 2000 Domain Server environment.There is already have a DC in my organization with Windows 2000 Serevr.Please suggest how I do this.
