I installed a 3Com U.S.Robotics modem (Model.No. 3CP325699A) on one of the workstations I try to use Phone Dialer to check if it’s working I got the following message : “Another program is using the telephony device, wait and retry”. I tried with different IRQ settings for the modem, on different computers but I got the same message. What else could it be ? Thanks for any ideea !
