I have a Windows NT Server. A Fiery XJ + 300 server attached to a Minolta CF900 color copier/printer/scanner. I have the Fiery Utilities loaded on a Windows ME workstation, which up to last Friday worked fine. When I start the Fiery Spooler (monitoring application) from the Windows ME workstation, I get “-5 General Network Error.” However, I am able to print from the Fiery Downloader (fiery utility) application – it will print a list of the fonts installed on the Fiery XJ + 300 server. Also, from the Fiery Calibration utility, I am able to print the calibration test page. I have cleared the server when re-booting.
