One of my users gets the following error when trying to send to a specific external email address:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject:
Sent: 1/29/2009 11:25 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
user@recipient.com on 1/29/2009 11:25 AM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient’s email server. Please contact your system administrator.
I’m not sure if it’s all emails on that domain or not. It’s also not user specific as another user has the same error when trying to send to that email.
We are using Exchange 2003 and Office 2003/2007.
Suggestions?
