Is it possible to connect at 64k on standard POTS and if not why would a Lucent modem connect at 64k on a livingston portmaster 3? We looked at both ends logged in as admin on the PM3 and saw a standard lucent modem connected with no mnp @ 64k. I simply don’t understand how this is possible and would like as much info as possible on this.
