In the documentation on my 5 yr old machine it says there is an 8.4 GB limit on recognizing a drive. What I cannot seem to find our is this per drive, per IDE controller, or per machine? I have a 6.4 and a 2.0 drive in there I would like to pull the 2.0 and replace it with an 8.4. I do not want to mess with the BIOS at this point in time.
