A disk read error occured

A win2003 small bussiness server have shutdown due to power failure. When it rebooted the following errror message appeared:
A DISK READ ERROR OCCURED, Any clue of how I can fix the problem. PS: The server has two mirrored HDD

Run, and verify, a successful full backup and once that is done, and you will need to do this when the server can be down, run checkdisk. E.g. from the command prompt type: chkdsk c: /f.

Before running checkdisk though I would run the Windows error-checking tool for file system errors and bad sectors on the disk.

Thanks for your imputs, thought I have done all that but still did not solve the problem. This is what I am doing to try to solve the problem.
I have installed a new HDD ans installed Win2003, removed the mirror and manage to get one healty mirrored HDD but, I am unable to change the drive letter from the recover HDD in order to boot from it so that I can have access full access of the that in order to lets say run Exchange server. I will keep you posted
