About Adprep.exe for Windows2000 based domain.

Hi, I have a problem with using adprep. My IT environment is below.

:Windows 2000 based domain.
:We have 3 Windows 2000 servers which are used as DC.
:All of servers have been applied SP4 and latest patch.
:One of them has Exchange 2000 server. The Exchange server service pack level is 3 and latest patch.
:No Windows 2003 server, Exchange5.5 and Exchange2003 server.

This time, we wanted to use Windows2003 R2 SP1 64bit edition in the domain so used Adprep.exe to expand Active Directory schema. Unfortunately, although I followed MS’s informatin, the result was not good. According to the adprep log, ‘There is a schema conflict with Exchange2000.The schema is not upgraded.’
In the log file, it says that see Q325379 but I could not solve this problem.

My question is, Can we use adprep provided by Windows 2003(32bit) Disk 1 to extend Windows 2000 based AD schema which has Exchange2000?

Thank you for your support.
