    Act! Error

    Have a clent that continues to get Act! error “fatal error sent to log” but can’t find the error or the log!

      What are they doing when they get this error?
      Did they try to re-install it?
      What OS are they using? If ME try updating the drivers.
      Tell them next time they get this error not to do anything else and to call you. Do an advanced search on the hard drive for anything that was created/modified for today. Change the view to show the details of the files and sort them by date/time. The most recent file modified should be that error log.
