I’ve recently installed all my printers onto a newly designated print server (kc-print) with the intention of removing them all from the domain controller (kc-dc).
From any PC on the domain, the Add Printer wizard only shows the printers installed on kc-dc.
If I select “Printer not listed” at the Add Printer wizard and do a search of the entire directory, the search results will return printers from both servers. I can connect to any of the kc-print printers in this fashion (or by UNC) but I really need to eliminate these extra steps.
So, how do I get the printers on kc-print to show up on the Add Printer wizard?
