My boss received an email with about 40 other people in the CC:. He wants to be able to add all those people (from the email he received) to a new distribution list for himself. Is this possible without having to do it one address at a time? He doesn’t need them as contacts, just addresses in the distribution list. I’ve tried selecting all – copy/pasting and it doesn’t seem to work. He is using Outlook 2007 with an Exchange server.
