You can either learn vbscripting to enumorate all the PC's in the domain and then change the passwords or buy this http://tinyurl.com/ddueu

If u r using any Domain Controller,then it's possible to deploy a bat file with script for the user,where the user will be prompted to change password for the next login.

The script will be
//net group username|machine name|IP.

try this command in a domain enviornment.

it will work.

hi thanx,but i need to change the local administrator password of all my client machine.so i cannot prompt users to change the admin password.means if i run the script from any of the pc or from server it should change all pc's administrator password automatically without prompting users to put.

if you have administrative privileges on the domain, you can manage the local and remote computers, once you are on local computer "connect" to a remote computer, you will be able to see local users and groups, there you can change local administrator password of remote computer. try it once with your computer, and if you find it ok, use it domain-wide.

Good luck

You may find a ready-made script there that you can just edit.

Emailing "Dr. Scripto" works well too. The MS guys that handle their scripting tutorials are very helpful and can point you in the right direction.

As for distributing the script, that's very easy to do in Group Policy. Or, you could add the code to an existing login script.

It's possible just to run the thing once from your own machine, depending on how the script is written.
