I have one primary domain controller on windows 2000 ,i want to add windows 2003 server as a additional domain controller,so i have to run adprep on windows 2000 primary domain controller.My question is that can i run adprep command on one of my another additional domain controller based on windows 2000 server,or can i run adprep on my primary domain controller without having to restart it.
