Hello
I have a AMD 1600+ system 256MB RAM, running WIN98SE. The other day it stopped booting. When it does power up it will not post or do anything but the power lights do come on and the fans start up, it seems like there is no power going to the CDROM and hard drive as well. I changed the power supply with a new one, changed the video and RAM as well with no luck. Unplugged all the drives and reset the CMOS but that does nothing either. Is it possible i have a Motherboard problem? or CPU? If anyone has any ideas that will get this going that ive missed its worth 150 points to me.
