Hi, I recently formatted my hard drive, it seemed like everything was working fine until I installed Norton Antivirus. The install goes along fine until I try to close out the update box. My mouse freezes. I can use the keyboard but no mouse. I haveinstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. The BIOS antivirus is disabled so that’s not the prob. I use Windows 98SE OS. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.
