You can try to install NOD32 from ESET company. See www.eset.com for more details. They have free version that is limited for one month. But If you have server installations, it's better to reconsider to buy proper AV solution! And if your company has production environment, this is a must !
It's free and works quite well on our customer's computers . We also use the Linux version of Clam on our mail server. I haven't seen a virus in my mail for years.
